I don’t usually write reviews, but I really felt this office deserved it. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and cared for. Everything was explained clearly, and I never once felt rushed or pressured. The dentist took the time to listen, answer my questions, and make sure I understood my options.
The office itself is clean, welcoming, and well-organized. What stood out most to me was how genuinely kind and attentive everyone was.

I am a first-time patient at CITIDental Brookline with Dr. Salloum and I was massively impressed with this office. It's incredibly clean and the staff are very helpful through each step. I was welcomed and provided ample instructions on how to complete my paperwork.
We took X-Rays and then the Doctor was able to walk me through what he saw in the X-Rays. I wish they had an Endodontics specialist at this location, but they were able to refer me to someone not too far away from this practice.
Again, the Doctors and staff were able to walk me through everything and provided me with the information necessary to make the decisions with my dental care going forward. I would recommend this office to all family and friends in the area.

I was really nervous about my teeth and get really panicked about the sharp scraper tool. Dr. Saloum was very gentle and reassuring, but still managed to get the fillings done! I feel much better about my dental health now.
First appointment, however I was really impressed with the " client centered care" I observed...So far a 5 star impression!
I literally exited my appointment 12 minutes ago and I was composing this review as I was still in the chair. After the drive-by intro I received from a dentist at Coron[down the street], I decided to transition here. I arrived early to account for admin roadblocks and sat in the lobby for 12-15 minutes before I saw anyone--I mention this to emphasize how warm and courteous can create a forgiving patient. I would sit in the lobby again, if needed, due to the care I just received. From reception to Stephanie to Dr Salloum chat, 1 out of 1 Shalian recommend. Questions were answered, available options discussed, photos and x--rays explained for the non-dentist. I know the dentist can instill fear but if you come here, your comfort level will definitely be in a good place.
Absolutely amazing care! Coming from someone who has had a number of doctors over the years, I wouldn't trust anyone else to do such phenomenal work. Dr. Salloum is amazing and kind, and very supportive. I have never been so happy with quality of my care! I would recommend CitiDental anytime for any amount of dental work. Every person that works there is kind and respectful. 10 out of 10!

Best dentist I have ever been to. Front desk and medical staff are always polite, informative and helpful. Had bad experiences with dentist in the past but this place has eased my PTSD.
Best dental place in Brookline by far … doctors and stuff are on top of anything you need and they make sure to provide the best service and experience possible. Also they make sure to let u know in advance what is cover by insurance and what’s not. 1100% recommend them and I’m going back for my cleaning.
What an experience at Citi Dental!
Such a an overall positive vibe when I walked in and was greeted by both lovely receptionists. My wait time was not long (less than five minutes), the office was very clean and organized, my hygienist was personable and explained everything she was doing, and Dr. was extremely thorough.
Thank you and shout out to the entire team at Citi Dental! Everyone seems like they are a team player, respect one another, and aim to take care of their patients.

My experience as a new patient was excellent in every way! The office is clean and comfortable, all the staff are friendly and knowledgable, and they took great care to have all my relevant medical information. The teeth cleaning was very thorough, but also efficient and I left with my mouth feeling clean and refreshed. I needed to find a dentist who would take my insurance. I was able to make an appointment with CitiDental quickly. My teeth needed a lot of work - deep cleaning, three crowns. They showed me the x-rays and pictures so I understood why that was needed. They were friendly and professional, from the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist herself. I felt in better hands than at my previous dentists. They also helped with understanding what the insurance would cover and, before they began work, gave me a complete breakdown of costs. I'm happy to have found them.
