Patient Info

Please do not come to the clinic for your appointment if you feel sick.

You may have the option to reschedule your appointment or the dentist may offer you a teledentistry visit as an alternative. This involves connecting online through the use of a digital device such as a phone or laptop from the safety of your home. You can share high-quality pictures or video of your dental issues and the dentist will use them to assess your condition.

We also recommend that you contact your primary care doctor for medical advice and treatment if you are feeling sick with flu-like symptoms.

What can I do to help prevent the spread of COVID-19?

Everyone has a role to play in preventing the spread of COVID-19. There are many simple and effective steps you can take to help protect yourself and others and slow the spread of COVID-19.

The current public health guidelines recommend that everyone do the following:

  • Wash your hands frequently with soap and water for a minimum of 20 seconds.
  • When soap and water aren’t available, use hand sanitizer with an alcohol content of at least 60%.
  • Cover your coughs and sneezes with a tissue or the inner part of your elbow.
  • Maintain a social distance of at least six feet from others and avoid close contact with anyone outside your household.
  • Stay home if you are feeling unwell.
  • Wear a mask or face covering in public places.

It is also important to stay informed of the latest updates from the government and public health authorities.
